Smart Host

Terms and Conditions for Smart Host by Scribe:

1. Limited Offer: The Smart Host service provided by Scribe, powered by Bamboo Studio, is offered for a limited time and may be discontinued at any point. Existing customers already on the plan will not be affected by the plan’s discontinuation.
2. Service Provider: Smart Host is a service by Scribe, powered by Bamboo Studio. Correspondence, statements, and issue resolutions will be facilitated by Bamboo Studio (getscribe.co.uk), (wearebamboo.uk).
3. Website Templates: Upon plan activation, users availing the free website will select from available templates. A dedicated project manager will collaborate with the user to finalize content on the chosen prebuilt website template.
4. Domain Requirement: Users need to have a domain name as we currently do not provide it. However, we can assist in propagating the necessary records for a seamless integration.
5. Payment and Deactivation: The website will remain active as long as the plan stays current with payments. Scribe, powered by Bamboo, reserves the right to deactivate the website for non-payment, and if payments are not received within 30 days, Scribe may delete the website.
6. Rights and Ownership: Users do not possess ownership rights to the website as it is a subscription-based service. However, users can explore the option to buy out the rights by contacting Scribe at contact@getscribe.co.uk.
